Paul, I've always wondered if traders wouldn't do better just putting their certificates in a shoebox and forgetting them! Do you ever kick yourself for scalping a few points off a stock which enjoyed a six month steady climb? With four trades a week, does your overall annual appreciation rate of your whole investment pool justify the stress and attention required to do trading? Every week I get about 4 short term trades (mainly oscilator divergences with stocks in a long-term up trend, short term hick-up) in with stocks I am familiar with. At least I don't have to watch these as closely.
