To All: Zacks EPS for Fiscal 97 still .95, range .82 to 1.20 (as of 8/12).First Call is .82 (8/12/96). 10Q just filed is called protect your a--. It is required SEC filing, that is nothing new. It is worded exactly the same as the 10Q of the first quarter. It contains cautionary statements all companies file so that they won't get sued by shareholders. Bloomberg is using scare tactics to get shareholders to dump stock to make sure they get their August 15 puts. The August 20 puts were not enough for them. Don't fall for it. After options expire today, stock manipulation by Bloomberg and WSJ and shorts will abate.
