Assuming it is true, whoever paid the 1.2 million shares must either have those shares and a whole lot more ... or be in a position to issue them.

What is the purpose of paying money to get people to buy a stock? Most commonly, in order for the payor to sell the stock.

Do we know who the big holders of LBWR stock are?
