Peter, I think you were absolutely right to short GHLT. I believe it's a genuine scam company. However, LBWR is a completely different ball-of-wax.

Solid company, great management, strong fundamentals and increasing revenue and net income. Their balance sheet is clean and they are about as transparent as you can find on the pink-sheets.
