I've noticed over the past few weeks various discussions regarding product outages at several Qdeck software retailers. All Qdeck employees who notice outages in their visits to local retailers pass along the details to the sales force in a timely manner to help replace inventory or fix the problem. The company always encourages its friends to assist in assuring Qdeck products are optimaly stocked and displayed throughout the retail channel. I'm sure Qdeck would greatly appreciate any feedback to help improve our position.

We would love to get feedback from you as well. If you see any retaile stocking or merchandising problems or issues, as a Quarterdeck employee, I'd be more than happy to pass on any related information to the sales dept. In order to give the most benefit to the company, the information should include the date the store was visited as well as the name and location of the store and also, the name of an employee (if you spoke with an employee at the store). In addition, plese include the titles, quantity and placement (i.e. top shelf, burried behind other products, next to competitors products, etc.) or any other information you consider relevant.

I'm certain the company would greatly appreciate and act upon any relevant information that you could provide.
