Wrong as usual, rrrruuffy. If a company could show that it had been somehow damaged by "naked shorting" it would have a claim of relief. If the tortous activity had been done with intent to harm, they would have a punative damage claim.

It's you who doesn't understand the legal system. Nor, seemingly, does the venue shopping Mighty O'Quinn who hasn't gotten a single get shorty suit to discovery.
