Are Hedge Funds managed by criminals?
My terminology “ criminal energy “ does not state that. However since there is no guarded borderline between „ laisse fair “ economics and white collar criminality, I use “ criminal energy “ in the context of promoting or distributing financial information from which I know beforehand, beer drinking Joe Average ( the investor ) gets wind of it. That this or that piece of information contains enough “ ANGST “ to drive Joe Average into panic selling, simultaneously create Margin Calls, destabilize currencies or worse.
Like creating unemployment by driving employers into bankruptcy is overstepping „ laisse fair “ and is in my humble opinion, entering the twilight zone of criminal energy.
Each venture of size by pure “ coincidence “ repetitively postulated by relevant Media Means, worldwide. Besides, the great majority of the world population does not receive any information from the Media, as far as the activity of Hedge Funds and Short Sellers are concerned.
Hedge funds continue to depend upon secrecy to prosper. So the public in EU countries are informed.

Very, very interesting. Hopefully my algorithm containing 20 000 hours + of work identifying assemblies of Short Sellers and Hedge Funds under the Heading of Global Money Flow will receive the same treatment as it is equally a “ black box “,and cannot be patented or protected.
The question why my box is not known to the public yet, is so simple. What subject would the financial orientated Media talk about, assuring advertisers of profitable audiences, when the audience is no longer interested in switching on the TV box to hear for example the latest unemployment figures, or what the US FED Chairman said, when they can see on their display,last price reaction already, before the TV voice even has finished the sentence?
The same silence, the same reasons as encountered here on SI. What " Lurker" would buy a monthly newsletter or join a talking guru session for 29.95 when they can get accurate and reliable info on my black box?
I have no objection to receive US 29.95 a month from a few hundred subscribers. Beats my meager monthly pension of Euro 245.00 any time. But would in no way compensate for delivered DJIA Index Transparency, involving the read out of one single money counter.
Credibility was and is my problem. I am simple minded and have nothing to show. But by designing a digital system according to my perception of Wall Street, confirmed by observation I am now in the lucky position to gain credibility at the moment I switch on my “ black box “. |
