Hard to say if it's a buy time for o&g, you can find opinions either way for the short term, ultimately it's pretty clearly a winner, especially for outfits building assets on this continent ... a question of cycles, some apropos posts out of EC on them yesterday ... still, cycles only give you the macro overview, maybe more important are the people - decent management will be putting you in place to take advantage of the next upswing, without them a rising tide won't do you much good, if at all Sure would be nice if Metalline could get that Amex listing together soon, before any shareprice rise, they would then be rrsp-eligible .... much more convenient for myself to have it in an rrsp, and some have no stocks outside one ... but i guess it's material information as to when exactly that will come, so we'll only know when it happens ... and usually there's a bit of a ramp just before, there's the rub ....
