Mike,

Based on their costs and assuming they get bit production up 15-20% this quarter, they need an ASP of $4.25-$4.50 to break even this quarter. It's quite possible ASPs will be a bit less than this in which case they would post a loss from operations. Does anyone have an insight into current pricing - both 16 Meg and 64? Any views on when we will get crossover? This is likely more critical for the stock price than last Q's 33 cents.
