Maybe you will have some luck. I did email everyone when I found the KSW/Energomash J/V and didn't get anything from any one of them but at least then we got a PR and it does say in the PR that they have submitted all the paperwork to the SEC and expect a resolution soon so the next PR might be something to that effect.
