I am convinced there will be a serious recession and a significant market correction that will be triggered when the market perceives there will be serious adverse economic consequences as a result of industry and Government not adequately dealing with the Millennium problem. I plan to be out of the equity market by the end of 1998 as I don't know how to market time much closer to a potential crash.I haven't determined what to do with excess cash.
