I agree Gib. There is a lot of logic that doesn't figure. I have no doubt whatsoever that there are sentient beings (not god, but smart) thoughout the universe capable of making humans, or earth or universes.

In fact we can not only make humans we are close to creating universes. Universes seems to be very common. If we made one it would just take off and create it own space seperate from our universe according to Alan Guth (discoverer of inflation theory).

Parallel universes which they are sure of more than ever now with string theory/super gravity in 11 diminsions seeming to work, seem infinite. TOE. In the concept of time travel people talk about paradoxes i.e. going back and killing your father.

Simple solution, if you do that, that universe splits off to another univere-ergo no paradox.

And anthropologists have the evidence of our evolution all over the place. And then as I posted earlier did god create the Neanderthal? That guy was in europe 1/2 a million years ago and seems a seperate species from us but about as smart. They did not have much in the way of tools, but when our ancestors brought tools to europe 100,000 years ago they learned to copy them perfectly and almost instantly.

Which leads us to one of my bigget insights "we do not deduce knowledge we learn knowledge."

In fact the more fossils we find the more we find that our family tree looks like all other animals i.e. lots of branches.

I think the next big discovery has to be identifying life/intelligence wherein it lies in our universe. And I think intelligence and life in our universe is pervasive.
