Hassel, networkers have insider sales since the beginning of time.

I believe a certain amount of founder's stock, for instance, periodically comes up for vesting and a portion is needed to be sold to cover the income tax required. At $50 coms is a fair price, why should you not sell what you can when you have much more in reserve. Nowhere in any company of much size is there much insider -buying- and the insider is better off selling as much as he can let go of. After all, if the fortunes of the company decline so does your own job prospects, and holding the stock exclusively will compound the difficulty. Employess get rich on their companies stock by luck, not by their stock-selection skills.
