If all of them believed so then why did Colin Powell and his high powered team have to make a case for Iraq in the Security Council Turn that around. If France or Germany or any other country who didn't wish the US to go to war in Iraq did NOT believe that Iraq had WMDS, why did not a single one use the argument to try to disuade the US from invading?
