If you resort to name calling, your point must be pretty weak.

As for torture being a standard policy, that is nonsense.

Would you not torture someone who knew of plans to blow up a city and kill 1 Million people? Give me a yes or no answer. The "rights" of that one terrorist probably outweigh the rights of 1 million innocent people to go on living in your warped world.
