My buddy in FL got kicked out of his beautiful house for that very reason. His wife forced him to buy after that because she was tired of moving w/2 kids. I've locked in my lease until spring 2007 so I am hoping it's more long-term for me. Because my landlord is a rich old man and not over-extended, I am hoping he'll have staying power. Hopefully I too will have staying power, given the nature of my business.
