So Dallas fed gov and Mish are basically saying we are in price stability and you said housing would crash 5 years ago almost to the day? Housing crash is finally happening now after 150% move and we are no where near price stability from this vantage point. I'd be broke by now from all the expert advice over the years. From Greenspans go to ARM's call 2 years ago to 'drinking too much from the punchbowl' Larry Kudlow's constant bullish calls to Kevin Landis firsthand knowledge of SV take the cake though..
