One course of action if the executive clearly violates the constitution in a major way is impeachment, of course that's up to congress not the courts. The courts can issue an order to void any policy or order by the executive if it violates the constitution.

In the case in question I don't see any violation of the constitution. If the issue was no warrant rather than no knock, and there was a clearly unconstitutional act than it wouldn't be unreasonably, or a violation of the constitution, for the court to rule that the evidence is inadmissible.
