Regulars in SI biotech know I have an emotional weakness for XGEN, but the fact is, I've been out for some time with a decent profit while nevertheless rooting for the company's success. Doesn't look as though success will happen, as they appear to be losing a major legal battle that looked a bit better than even odds for a win not so long ago:
