While a test for a new FED chairman is normal, Bernanke comes from Academia and hasn't really known trials by fire.

Bernanke is a contrarian indicator in many ways. When he said inflation expectations had pulled back some, his proof, falling long term rates, reversed course on his comments. Will he recant? LOL
