Maybe that's why regressive radio talk shows were full of blather about what would you do if you had a prisoner who might know about an impending 9/11-like attack on the US? The implied answer is, of course, you torture the prisoner.

So if the insurgents who have captured the US soldiers think that the soldiers might know about an impending air raid or tank attack by the US on an Iraqi town or village, can they torture their prisoners? Going by regressive talk radio "logic", they can!
