Thomas, thanx for those news updates, I have two other piece of info which were not llinked to this thread, yet. The first is about COHR subsidiary Lambda-Physik: cohr.com Bottom line: Size of US facility doubled. R&D floorspace also expanded. This is critical if Lambda wants to penetrate semiconductor lithography further to gain a sizeable market share in 98 (10-20%). The stress here is on "customer training centers" and the NovaLine LITHO is explicitely mentioned. Videoconferencing is exploited. Good sign. Second link is about Verdi-DPSS laser, but I'm unaware about the advantages/characteristics of such a product: cohr.com. Seems that the "VERDI" platform should play a key future role.. regards CROSSY
