David, what did you expect from this company? They are sort of like the White House, nothing is at it appears. I will make three points after I state that the lines are not yet running. First, 1,000,000 pounds of Zoltek's stated capacity is recycled scrap, not production. Second, 1,500,000 pounds is oxidized pan which the customer converts into carbon fiber at a rate of about 45%, or a net carbon fiber equivalent of about 675,000 pounds. This alone reduces Zoltek below Toray. Thirdly, Zoltek's continuous carbon fiber line has never operated at more than 50% of stated capacity where Toray is producing over their stated capacity. In short this press release is nothing but pure bull shit.

So if you call tails legs, and ears legs, you can say that a horse has seven, but I don't believe it. Calling tails and ears legs don't make them legs. This is very Clintonesque.

Regards

Jake
