Dale > Rich Africans had a higher chance of contracting HIV/Aids due to their risky sexual behaviour patterns, dispelling the common perception that HIV/Aids was limited to the poor

This clearly dispels Mbeki's cherished argument that poverty, which was the result of white colonialism and exploitation of blacks, was the main contributing factor to AIDS in Africa.

Furthermore, being what is known as an "AIDS dissident", he dispels the idea that AIDS has anything to do with the HI Virus the reason, once again, being to blame the whites for the genocide that he presides over. Thus, he has been reluctant to institute a proper campaign against AIDS in South Africa, similar to Uganda for example, preferring to leave the matter to the virtual witch-craft of his Minister of Health, Manto Tshabalala-Msimang.

Mbeki has unquestionably been exposed as a racist and a fool and there is no doubt that one day, if not already, he will be held partially responsible for the AIDS pandemic in South Africa.
