AVNT is a company which the market must be reminded has a past and present which needs to be understood. That is why I remind everyone of
the upcoming civil and criminal trials so frequently, and that although some have expressed that this is not important, we went through the same bismal arguments on the Solv-Ex board.
I do not believe anyone here has said that the stock will be dropping tomorrow, but have indicated to the readers via this board to be aware
of impending rulings which could affect the stock.
I enjoyed debating Solv-Ex, and will enjoy the same here. I could not imagine how someone could believe the Solv story, and I have the same position here. I am very comfortable with my decision to short AVNT,
and am awaiting for the real story to develop. It cannot nor will it be such a well kept secret over the long run.
One must understand how Asensio issues reports, and if you go to his website, you will see the pattern clearly with Solv. Asensio & Co. has
stated their position, given us additional information which contradicts releases, is closely monitoring the action far closer than anyone else here obviously, and this information will make its way into the marketplace as it did with SOLV. The additional reports will
create a more level field in short order and then we will observe how many really want to support their investment and buy or retain their shares. This takes months, but as had been said, with the evidence known to us, the outcome will not be surprising.
