Every President inherits situations from his predecessor.

Bush has had more than five years to deal with the situation in North Korea. At what point does he, a man so fond of speaking about accountability, begin to bear any responsibility for dealing with it?

Nope. Let's just blame Clinton and "the Left" for everything. So much easier.
