If you decide to proceed with a reservation, please note that a reservation deposit is required: $10,000 for a purchase price under $750,000 and $20,000 for a purchase price over $ 750,000. This deposit is fully refundable in the event you decide to cancel your non-binding reservation agreement. i guess if they can't even keep your deposit then those "reservations" have no meaning.
