Further update, I still cannot get any details, off a dozen Google hits. However, as at June 20, the Nuvo website has a post that says the deal closed successfully (at 15mill). It's in Adobe format and I cannot copy and paste. Good to see the deal closed. I noted these company comments about the financing:
these funds will get us past (my bolding) these 3 milestones:
- FDA resubmission;
- FDA response
- locating a US marketing partner.
Pretty positive outlook! Fox.
