I would short Halliburton if I were you. They are target #1 once the new congress comes together. Cheney, his energy task force, Halliburton, Enron, Exxon and the tremendous gas gouging. That is also the #2 most important issue to American voters in this coming election, after Iraq.

it is true though, they have managed to rip off many billions and are now flush with cash, though a lot of their money stays overseas in tax havens. They take from US taxpayers but don't give back. They are a Benedict Arnold company.
