JJ, Re: We used to try to do a pro forma EPS and factor out any one-time charges but it got to be a little too subjective, so we just decided to go with whatever number they actually report in black and white on their Consolidated Statement of Operations under Net income (loss) per common share (Diluted).> Boo, Hiss, Boo. My Druthers were that you picked the pro forma with no factoring out. But your current way is my solid second choice. -tgp
