A heavy user like should regulary do disk maintenance on that there cornputer of
yours. This means scandisk and defrag at least once per week. Sounds like you
may need to reinstall W95 too.

Once a week is a not enough. I recommend doing a scandisk, defrag,
viruscan, and differential backup minimum of ONCE PER DAY. All these
things can be easily automated to occur during the middle of the night
while you are sleeping.......
