Benwood do your parents not have a house at all? Are they over 62? Could they qualify for a reverse mortgage? I see many people in fla not taking this option because they simply aren't aware of it, but as their finances get crushed and they are forced to the end of thier rope - all of a sudden the local loan officer has a solution for them they never thought of before and it buys them some time.
