<< JTS remain accountable to her investors>> Please give only one example of JTS ever having been accountable to 'her' investors. Having been a shareholder over the last year it is quite obvious that Tom Mitchells message to the sharholder is "bend over and drop your drawers". << Money is not a problem for the company>> They are weeks away from running out of money. They are in default of their financing covenants. The reason that money is not a problem is that Mitchel has never been afraid of diluting sharholder equity. I do however see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would not be a buyer here however. The risk reward is totally out of whack versus waiting for some verifiable sign of progress (or even stability in share price).
