So the vigorous opponents of "indecent" content on their TVs make up only a tiny minority, or a significant percentage of those who complain are actually purchasing the product they object to each and every month.

It's a ridiculous issue when you look at the numbers expressed in the marketplace. If a fringe of people think that sex is an indecent part of life, that's their problem.

I wonder if open broadcast stations will eventually be an ancient relic in the TV world.

As for gun control, I would submit that the percentage of people concerned about gun proliferation is much larger, and much more at risk from a direct injury than the "decency" brigade.
