Aloysius,

Hello. Below is the latest news release. GUESS WHAT? It appears that there are MANY!!! shareholders of Pacific Wildcat (and for that matter, Viceroy and Channel) who are upset with the management of Viceroy due to the fact that they absolutely DO NOT PROMOTE their companies. A few months ago, it was this fact that made me interested in PAW because I am sick of these hype artists. But, I have found out the hard way that some promotion is good because it gets the story out and keeps investors and shareholders happy and interested.

So, it appears that some changes will be made after Viceroy merges with Loki/Baja Gold. I have been told that the "new" company will spend a lot more time promoting their stocks and try to release more info to keep everyone happy. IT IS ABOUT TIME!!!!!

HERE'S THE NEWS RELEASE:

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Mr. Ross Fitzpatrick, Chairman of Pacific

Indonesia. To the end of June, 1996, 52 holes have been completed for an
advance of 5,738 metres. Significant gold mineralization has been
intersected in most holes and diamond drilling is continuing. Selected
drill results from three prospects (Doup, Doup South and Benteng) are as

Preliminary metallurgical work indicates variable metallurgy and it appears
that part of the mineralization so far delineated is possibly refractory in
nature.

The Jambi Contract of Work application on Sumatra is before the Indonesian
Parliament and a Preliminary Study Permit has been issued. Personnel have
been mobilized to site, a field camp and logistics are in place and
exploration has commenced.
