Quick review of annual mtg: Finally Cingular question was posed properly and answered. Hassan said clearly the Cingular deployment is not finished and Sonus will deploy significant new infrastructure at Cingular in 2006. Hassan was clear they have not and do not lose existing business to their competitors and in fact have been displacing their competitors in many cases. At this stage of the game Hassan does not believe they should or will be involved in the investigation into backdating of options and said explicitly they did not backdate options. Last question was very well structured to address the concept of an "Inflection Point". Hassan did not answer this one very well. Very clear the shareholders are a lot smarter than the analysts.
