Had a nice conversation with George Zilba today. Per your question, I'll discuss the Auto Caller product. The Auto Caller is an automated bingo system whereby the bingo numbers are called via computer assistance. 47 states allow charitable bingo with many rules and regulations. One standard regulation is that the bingo ball must be selected by means of a mechanical blower. NorAm Gaming has developed a process whereby once the bingo ball is selected, the ball is "read" by means of a synthesizer. The unveiling of this system will take place at the Vegas show. Orders will be taken in late 1997 for 1998 delivery.

Also, the Venezuelan project is moving along. Keep in mind that NorAm has signed contracts on this project. Legality is not an issue.

Mr. Zilba could barely contain his enthusiasm for the positive developments with this company. As has been stated, he seems like a no nonsense individual. He wrote today's release himself making sure that it did not contain one piece of what he termed "hype". He's openly disappointed in NorAm's issuance of free-trading stock for services. This is no longer in effect. He didn't feel as though they "got what they paid for". Then again, it was the selling of this stock which allowed me to buy in at these depressed levels IMO. After speaking with Mr. Zilba I am more confident of my recent investment. Best of luck in all your investments.
