Then you would be doubly wrong.

1) I strongly support individual liberties, even to the point of wishing to add a privacy clause to the US Constitution to try to end the 'creeping Authoritarianism' and apparently endless growth of government power and intrusiveness, that seems to unfortunately characterize modern life....

2) There really isn't a 'government position' to be happy with, or unhappy with --- as the article pointed out! There is *great confusion* as to what is legal and what illegal, what allowed and what not allowed. I believe you will hear a lot of that at the Congressional hearings into this matter this week, Scott.
