I have Internet Explorer 3.02 (the one that comes with NTW SP3) happily running the Microsoft Investor over a firewall. I like the portfolio's manager UI but hate the alerts, so I am looking for something better.

I have WSX configured to use the PC Quote and default browser.
Using the WSX sample portfoloio, WSX diplays the full name as "unknown" and bid/ask/et al as zeroes.

Internet Explorer appears to be the default browser, but I am not 100% sure. Over the past few weeks I have installed and subsequently de-installed Explorer 4.03 and Netscape 4.0? so there may be some old files left lying around.
