You are a real dork. Our laws and constitution say that when we sign a treaty it becomes our law. We are signators to the the Geneva Convention. The UCMJ has referenced the Geneva Convention ever since. The policy on torture is very clear. We tortured detainees in Afghanistan, Iraq, Guantanamo, and sent folks to foreign countries for torture, and Bush retains the right to torture anytime he sees the need to do so. Torture R US. Take another drink of Boot flavored Kool Aid...Mmmmmmm good.
