I feel that the initial target is to get back to the IPO price (I believe $11). Doing a good job of it today. It may be the result of several favorable press notices. You can see these in soem of the recent posts.

VGINF now 8 3/8 after hitting 8 5/8 on 222,000 shares. That number of shares is about the sixth most ever in it 1+ year history and the day is not done. This on a day when the DOW is now down 27.
