<< take a look at what 5 of the FONX Board members have done to the shareholders of KLS Enviro>> I agree that the KLSE deal smells bad. I suspect that the entire deal was planned from the start. However, your own statements suggest that you have formulated opionions about these guys based on their involvement with Fonix and KLSE. The lawsuit that they are defending suggests that their decisions are affecting their lives. Based on your own belief about board members' bullet proof reputations, you must think these guys are still pure white. I will agree that many of these guys land on their feet, but I know that my opinions of Murdock, Dudley and Studdert are much less favorable than they were 1 1/2 years ago when I met them at their office. Anette's opions were discussed a few posts ago. In fact, I don't know of a single shareholder outside the company that isn't concerned about the pocket lining that is going on. I still disagree that these guy reputations are not affected. I am willing to agree to disagree on this one and go on. Marc
