Ken, Welcome to the group. If you'll read the last few hundred posts on this board you'll get a good feel of what's happening. I talked with Investors relation and they are still waiting for the UK approval. They are expecting approval any day. When it happens it will only drive Vivus higher. As long as it happens before Dec. we will be fine. The short positions in Vivus remain a mystery. I'm sure its been significantly reduced over the last few weeks. The short interest ratio will be released Thursday. Whatever the case they can only help our cause. They buy when Vivus goes down and they panic buy when Vivus goes up. Gotta Run, RT
