Dave, How can you say money is not a problem for the company? The lack of sufficient funds has been an ongoing problem for JTS, that's why they did the $40 million convertible preferred which caused massive selling and dilution. The need for money is why they arranged a financing agreement in April 97 with a factoring firm, this arrangement puts significant restrictions on the day to day operations at JTS and has potentially significant negative implications if specific financial goals are not met (some of which weren't based on the 10-Q). For you to state that money is not a problem shows either ignorance, ineptitude, or an ulterior motive. Dan
