Sure,

Actually I used to work in the field of CBT and worked on the leading product out there (PinPoint(tm)). There is a man named Wallace Judd (Nevada City, CA) who has a better solution than the 'bell curve' that everyone uses everywhere. He developed something called the theory of the cut-point. Essentially he started with the original 'bell curve methodology' and determined where the best possible pass/fail should be on a graph. To test his theory he set up several real/fake companies (I used to work for Kelly Services) that were to be staffed by Kelly Temps. For all purposes, the companies were real but in reality they were fake and just there to test the 'cut-point theory'. My involvement with that was basically to phone this company at different times during the day and leave fake messages with the temps working at those locations. The idea was to make the temps think the company was legit. We used the results of our PinPoint program to determine the quality of the temps being staffed. It was quite interesting...

It was from him that I learned the original use of the Bell Curve and how the farmers used probability as to when to do their harvests...

Have you ever heard of the 'JUDD Test'? That was his product. He was president of Mentrix, but then Kelly Services KELYB bought his company. He has since quit and is now consulting...

I don't work there any longer myself, but I still have my KELYB shares....
