you know apple has been in use almost as long as the people have existed but someone still managed to trademark apple computer. the trademark is on "dc architecture". if you call it "dc architecture" it really doesn't matter too much if you have a small asteriks somewhere which says your dc is different than the other dc.
it's amazing how people's investment decisions effect their intelligence. normally it should work the other way around.
