BS. SDI is a big failure. Ask any laser physicist. My friend knows. He is one of the top laser physicists in the world and it's a small fraternity. He says it's a huge scam, though his colleagues love it because billions of dollars in research money are spent in their field. Hopefully something worthwhile will come out of it, but so far it's mainly a sham.

Also BS is that North Korea has a longrange missile capable of hitting the US. The Bushies put that out for one purpose only, to justify the tens of billions they are wasting on SDI. North Korea would be lucky to hit Japan much less the US.

Don't believe what these people tell you. They've been lying since day one. In fact Reagan's Star Wars was just a bluff. It never even really existed. All thet info they put out about it was pure comicbooks. But the Soviets believed it so it worked. The best we have now are the very imperfect Patriot missile systems which in the Gulf War killed many of our own guys.
