Show proof that SDI has ever worked. You won't find it because as my friend says, it doesn't work. So far anyway it's a total waste of money. And we are talking a ton of money.

Now there may have been a test or two which halfway succeeded, but only because SDI was told exactly when and where the incoming missile was to hit. And what enemy is going to tell us that in advnce? See how useless it is?

Despite this failure, SDI was Bush-Rummy's #1 priority coming into power. They waste something like 11 billion a year on this boondoggle. If any enemy launched a LR missile at us, SDI would have almost no chance of stopping it. Even the Patriot Missile system hardly works. Very poor record.

I repeat, my friend is one of the top laser physicists in the country. So I believe him, not you, or any Sean Hannity type rightwing BS artists who spin for the defense industry.
