I remember an Economist article a while back showing that there was a correlation between insider BUYING (or in INTCs case, not selling, since they buy a lot through the stock purchase plan) and future stock performance, but the correlation between selling and negative performance was much weaker. I guess insiders buy for only one reason: to make money. Insiders sell for many reasons; personal issues, new ferarri, etc. If lots of insiders all sell, then it might be more significant.
