OTCBB uplisting is based on audit review and facts from mergers/ takeovers in financial SEC 10K legal form , many questions could come from SEC on 2006 audit numbers which come from Promold & SEMCO being the greater revenue numbers for now. SEC is now doing a check on Promold as I talked with staff and they mentioned investigation was quietly on going
